located in the south end of the Cheng-Ya highway – the scenic beautiful
Ya’an city. There are 120 Km from Chengdu to Ya’an.
We are world-famous by our process of precision forging. Our precision
forging gear technology has ripened at the last century 1970s, and received
the state “Science and Technology harvest Award” honor. After then, we developed
the warm forging, swing forging, and cold-forging technology successfully.
In the early days of 1980s, the computer technology had applied in our products
designing, manufacturing, and quality control process. We are one of the
50 successful enterprises of Sichuan province. By application of bring forth
new ideas in technology and advanced achievements in scientific research,
the production scale is enlarged
rapidly and the products quality is improved continually. Our factory has
the capability of manufacturing 9 million gears and precision forgings annually.
There are more than 100 kinds of differential gears, connecting gear for
transfer case, etc.
Our precision-forging differential gears with “Tonggong” brand has received
many honors certificated by Ministry and province, such as “Gold Cup Award”,
“High Quality Product in Sichuan”, “Free-check Product of Sichuan” and “Nameplate
Product of Sichuan”, etc. We have occupied 30% of internal market.

The precision-forging
gears with "Tonggong" brand produced by our factory are high-quality
alloy steel by the way of minor anaerobic induction calefaction. The gears
are taken shape directly without machinery cutting and machining.The metal
fibre of gears are distributing along the gears' form continuously with
densified fabric. After chemical heat treatment, its surface is hard and
central part is tough. Comapred with machinery cutting gears, its capability
of anti-concussion and anti-fatigue performance has been improved. That
can save more than 1/4 materials. Its features are high efficiency, low
cost and high quality. The precision-forging gears of "Tonggong"

We produces cold-forging and hot-forging differential pinion and gears
for all kinds of cars as well as some gears for some engineering machines,
tractor, motorcycles and some other axial and disk cold-forging or hot-forging
precision forgings.

the design drawings or samples. We can design and map the gear drawings
